Does this add work for our nurses?
No. It is designed to reduce it. Sending a quick photo update takes less time than answering a phone call, and families who receive regular updates call the unit less. Education modules answer common questions before families even ask.
Do we need IT, procurement or EHR integration?
No EHR integration is required. Our team configures the pilot space with you and confirms any local IT, privacy, security, or procurement steps that apply to your organization. We fully support SSO (Single Sign-On) and can integrate with your existing identity provider if desired, but it is not required for the pilot.
How is patient and family data protected?
